Joey Is Slacking Off in Summer School Again.

So, that is one semester of English III done. I even got out early because I had a high enough grade. What
usually takes a class of students half of a school year to do, I've done in 1 and ¾ of a day. Ain't that something?

However, it does need to be said that I didn't retain literally any of it, so it obviously is not ideal for actual
learning. I'm just saying that to get credit for this course, all I had to do was kick back and then attend SS.
This doesn't feel fair at all... I mean, some folks genuinely did go through that entire year. I think of Beckett
who constantly complained the entire year that he couldn't focus in that class. Yet, he managed to pack it in
and finish up the year with a passing grade.
How is it fair that I can basically kick my feet back all year long and come out with a 70 to present to colleges?
I guess he got a better grade, but for folks like me who just don't feel that effort will get us that much
success, SS is the better deal.

Y'know, writing html code is kind of like working a type writer. Once you've reached as far as you want your text
to stretch, you add a line break tag "(br)" to push your "paper" to the side and write another line.
This works great for a little hipster like me who likes outdated technologies until they are, to the surprise of no
one, oudated. It gives me the same feeling, and I can even hear the click clacks of the keyboard. I might actually
recommend making an html journal to anyone who wants to get into the habit of writing personally but has either
terrible handwriting or a terrible habit of losing things.
Digital journals are also much easier to publish than paper ones, if one were to want to write in a more
professional setting.

Well, that's that for today. I'll try and write when I get back home.

Hoo boy, I have a long walk ahead of me.
